FAQs

1. Do you offer bridal trials? Arrow
Yes, absolutely! We offer Complimentary Bridal Trial with every wedding package you book. We recommend you book this in at least 3 months in advance to ensure we're able to match your preferred date as closely as possible.
2. Do you provide any hair accessories? Arrow
We have a huge range of bespoke bridal hair accessories available for rent. We will go through each option with you at your bridal hair and makeup trial and give you suggestions on what will be best for you.
3. I want to book, what should I do next? Arrow
We have made your booking process with us as easy as possible by doing everything online. DM us to confirm we are still available on your wedding day at the time you require.

Once this is confirmed, you can simply follow the prompt in the email link we sent you to proceed with your booking. Please ensure you check all your booking details so we can make sure everything is as per your request from the start.
4. Can I have a trial first before I secure my booking with you? Arrow
Yes of course! We always want to make sure our brides are 100% comfortable with their decision so trialling with us before or after booking is not an issue.
5. How long will the hair and makeup take on the wedding day? Arrow
As rough guideline, we recommend you to allow 4 hours for the bride if you've had a trial with us (hair and makeup) and 1.5 hours per person (hair and makeup) for everyone else, this timing includes buffer time.
6. Can you hold my wedding date until I decide what I want to do? Arrow
As much as we like to help everyone, we have first come first serve policy where your wedding day booking is only secured if you put down a non refundable booking fee. This is to ensure every bride has an equal chance to book their wedding day with us. If you have booked a trial but your wedding day is no longer available, we will gladly refund the trial booking fee you have paid if you are yet to have your trial. Trial fee is not refundable if you change your mind.
